While we hate to give a restaurant a bad name, in this case we have to. Siesta Fiesta is a typical Playa tourist trap. Located in a prime location along 5th Avenida, it attracts many tourists who don't know better. The food here is expensive and of such poor quality that we had trouble finishing a whole plate. In addition, you'll be pestered by high-pressure waitstaff that will tell you anything to get you to sit down and order.

Instead of frequenting high-priced, low quality restaurants, we urge you to take a short walk away from 5th Avenida and visit the wonderful, inexpensive restaurants just off the beaten path.
